SILENT HILL Townfall Zoe Nurse Profile
St. Amelia’s clinic nurse, speaking through CRTV static: come back to me.
Zoe is the voice most players will hear before they understand the plot. Official bios call her an inhabitant of St. Amelia and a nurse at the local family clinic. Her voice reaches Simon Ordell on the CRTV, through layers of noise and static, asking him to come back to her. Quietly dedicated, she cannot turn a blind eye to the problems at hand and is compelled to help those in need. Konami’s later English synopsis adds that she is compassionate, unable to ignore people in need, and deeply entangled in the lives of St. Amelia’s residents and the events that shaped the town.
SILENT HILL: Townfall is still upcoming — September 24, 2026 on PlayStation 5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store — so this profile is a reading of official text, the 18-minute gameplay trailer, and hands-on reports, not a post-launch character sheet. It is also not a romance FAQ. “Come back to me” is the line. What it costs is the game. If you only needed a name for the woman on the pocket television, you can stop after the next section. If you are about to walk her house, stay for the rooms previewers already described, then open the Shorefront walkthrough when a fuse box or a locked box refuses to make sense.
The nurse the CRTV will not drop
Kezia Burrows voices Zoe in English. She was Emma in Observation, Screen Burn Interactive’s previous game (the studio was then called No Code). That is not trivia. Townfall’s writer and director, Jon McKellan, has spent a career putting women on analog screens and asking you to trust a signal. Zoe continues that habit in 1996 Scotland, on an island modeled on St. Monans, Fife. Composer Pilotpriest scores the static she arrives in. Publishers Konami and Annapurna Interactive billed her alongside Adepo and Terry O’Quinn in the August 25, 2026 gamescom cast reveal on the characters hub.
The 18-minute trailer spends a long stretch on Shorefront houses and on Zoe’s home. Simon tracks signals to her apartment, works physical puzzles — a fuse box that wants a prepaid power card, a combination-locked organ donor box in coverage of the same section — and finds a photograph of himself with no memory of why it would be there. Household mail in that footage has been read by trailer coverage as addressed to a Zoe Ellis. Official character pages still call her Zoe. This wiki uses Zoe as the confirmed name and treats Ellis as a surname that appears on in-world paperwork, not as a spoiler about who she marries or whether she is Simon’s partner. Official text has not used the word partner.
PlayStation Blog’s hands-on report is the most detailed public account of her spaces. Visiting the empty apartment shows she is a nurse and leads toward the clinic where she worked. A pay phone earlier pushes Simon to find a woman named Zoe, then dumps him into a red-lit underground structure — Otherworld — before an elevator returns him to the street. In her office, previewers described three scales waiting for objects that mattered to her, objects she felt symbolized failures that led her to disappear from the job. An ID badge. A pharmacy prescription called in at the wrong dosage. A coworker’s apartment and a medical bag with a broken stethoscope, read by the same report as a symbol of not truly hearing patients. McKellan has said the puzzles are also story. The puzzles page exists so those rooms are not a blur of static.
None of that is a confirmed ending. It is how Screen Burn teaches you who she was allowed to be in a town that posters describe as a heart that has stopped. Zoe’s entanglement with residents is medical, social, and, from the CRTV’s point of view, unfinished. The IV in Simon’s arm, the clinic, and the outbreak or mutation readings some previewers took from posters all rhyme. They are not a diagnosis Konami has printed. Keep them in the same drawer as her voice, not as a solved epidemic chart.
How she connects to Simon and Richard
Simon wakes at the docks with an IV bag and a wristband and almost no memory. Zoe speaks as if he already knows the way home. Richard is the enigmatic man who summoned Simon to “put some things to rest.” Official copy does not reduce Zoe to Richard’s errand. It puts her in the clinic and in the static at the same time. Read all three profiles from the characters hub before you decide who is lying. Townfall is single-player. There is single-player only. You will not “play as Zoe.” You will hunt her frequency with the pocket television.
The CRTV guide covers tuning, silhouettes, and the screen-burn that appears when a creature is near. When her voice cuts through, treat it as a lead and as a person. The getting started page is the onboarding version of that advice. If a silhouette is already in the hallway outside her door, stop reading lore and open combat and stealth or how to survive. Some threats cannot be fought. Her house is still a house: peek, hide, then search. The creatures page explains why a ruined head with a plank or a cleaver in it is an echo, not a named reunion.
Cast, language, and what not to invent
Konami revealed the English cast on August 25, 2026 at gamescom. Jovan Adepo is Simon. Burrows is Zoe. Terry O’Quinn is Richard. At KONAMI PRESS START, Konami highlighted a Japanese voice cast and played actor messages; official Japanese materials name Yuko Kaida as Zoe, alongside Hiroki Yasumoto as Simon and Akio Otsuka as Richard. Japanese voices are slated for a launch-day update. Cast messages from that broadcast sit on Simon’s page because that video is a cast feature, not a Zoe reel.
Do not import Lisa Garland wholesale and call it analysis. The family clinic, the medical imagery in some previews, and the IV in Simon’s arm rhyme with older Silent Hill nurses. Screen Burn has not said Zoe is that reference. She is a 1996 island nurse whose compassion got her involved in events the fog will not drop. That is enough to play toward. Silent Hill in Townfall is a phenomenon and a state of mind, not a guest list from Maine.
A first run is 10 to 14 hours with five endings. How completely you search her spaces may matter; Konami has said endings accumulate from search, combat, and encounters rather than a last-second line. The endings overview stays spoiler-light until September 24. If you still need a copy, use editions, pre-order, and the release date page. PC specs are on system requirements. New footage is listed under trailers. Official channels are on links. The rest of the guides hub is how Simon keeps walking; this page is why the television has a human voice at all.
Zoe is not a collectible signal. Tune for her, then decide whether coming back is a kindness.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for launch week and first-person survival.
Who is Zoe in SILENT HILL: Townfall?
A nurse at St. Amelia’s local family clinic. Her voice reaches Simon through CRTV static and asks him to come back to her. Official copy says she is compassionate and entangled in the town’s people and events.
Who voices Zoe?
Kezia Burrows in English (Observation). Japanese: Yuko Kaida (甲斐田裕子), expected in a launch-day update. See the Japanese voice cast page.
Is Zoe Simon’s partner?
Official bios do not say so. She asks him to come back to her. Trailer coverage has noted the surname Ellis on household mail; this wiki treats Zoe as the confirmed name and does not invent a marriage.
What is Zoe’s house in the 18-minute trailer?
A major early Shorefront location: empty rooms, clinic clues, and puzzles that are also story. Use the walkthrough and puzzles when a fuse box or locked box stalls you.
Do I need to finish Zoe’s puzzles to finish Townfall?
Konami has not published a mandatory-puzzle list. McKellan has said the signals you chase are story. Search thoroughly if you care about endings; structure is on the endings page without plot reveals.
